IPQC inspects the work during production. OQC checks the finished goods before shipping. A function test confirms the product really works. Factory passed ISO and BSCI audits. Launched Gen-2 feeders and water fountains. Built our own filter production line.

Gen-3 ready.

Released Wi-Fi, stainless steel, and accessory-compatible models.

2022

Smarter products.

Launched Gen-4 feeders and wireless motion-sensor water fountains. Started R&D on FOD-safe wireless water pumps.

2023

Added cat litter boxes.

Built our first smart cat litter box, including a Wi-Fi model and a model with built-in video.

2024

Grew to 11,000 m².

Expanded the factory. Launched the world's first smart feeder made for large-breed dogs.

From Broken Mass Production to Stable Shipping

Client: A smart pet brand from Europe

Before they came to Petrust, this client had already switched suppliers twice. The first supplier was shipping products with a 7.5% defect rate. The second one could not keep up with delivery dates, and the client missed two full sales seasons in a row.

Client: A pet brand startup from the USA

This client was bleeding money on returns. The market return rate was 6.2%. The app on their product did not connect well, so bad reviews piled up, and repeat orders stopped growing.

11,000 m² Factory, Built for Smart Pet Products

Factory & Warehouse

Our factory is 11,000 m² in total, and it is organized into four dedicated production lines. One line runs automatic pet feeders. One runs smart cat litter boxes. One runs pet water fountains. And one runs the filters that go with them. Every line has its own QC station, so quality is checked at every step, not only at the end.

On the same site, we also run a finished-goods warehouse and a spare-parts warehouse. This gives you three practical benefits. When your order is ready, we can ship it out fast. If you need spare parts months later, we already have them in stock. And if you want OEM packaging, we can do it here — you do not need to find a separate packaging supplier for that.

Our Certifications

Our factory is ISO 9001 and BSCI certified. On the product side, we hold CE for Europe, FCC for the USA, RoHS and REACH for European chemical safety rules, and UL for American electrical safety. We apply these based on what your target market needs.

Before we ship any export order, we run a pre-check against your destination country’s rules. If your country needs a certification we do not have yet, we will tell you before you place the order, not after. That way, there are no surprises at customs and no wasted production runs.
